Products and ordering

Please review the product description, available options, size guide, price, and delivery information before ordering. Provide accurate contact and shipping details and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Some products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful; other products are shipped directly by our store. Product images may be mockups. Screen settings, materials, and production can affect how colors appear. This does not limit remedies for defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.

Prices and available options are shown on the product page. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are presented at checkout. If an item cannot be supplied or an order contains a material pricing or product-information error, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If a paid order is canceled because we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the affected amount.

Production and delivery

Our Shipping & Delivery policy explains made-to-order production, delivery estimates, tracking, and separate shipments. Contact us promptly about address errors or delivery problems. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Returns, cancellations, and order problems

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the process. For made-to-order Printful goods, voluntary size, color, or change-of-mind returns are not offered. Confirmed defects and fulfillment errors are covered, and legally required rights are preserved. These made-to-order restrictions do not automatically apply to products shipped directly by our store.

Please contact us before mailing a return. The correspondence address above is not automatically the correct return destination. Once production or shipping has started, a voluntary cancellation or change may no longer be possible.

Using the website

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders. Store content and logos remain subject to their owners' intellectual-property rights; purchasing a product does not transfer rights in its branding.

Privacy and third-party services
